Training to enhance employee knowledge in the printing department and support functions. Training to increase knowledge for employees in the corrugated printing department and support sections should focus on specific knowledge, printing techniques, and support processes that help improve work efficiency. 1. Analyze employee needs, survey the knowledge employees already have, identify problems or obstacles in the work, and listen to employee feedback on what they want to improve.
2. Design training courses
2.1 Corrugated Paper Printing Department - Knowledge about corrugated paper and printing
- Types of corrugated paper (Single Face, Double Wall, Triple Wall) and their properties
- Printing technologies used with corrugated paper (Flexographic Printing, Digital Printing, Lithographic Printing)

- Ink management, print color, and color consistency
- Printer and equipment maintenance
- Printer care and maintenance (Preventive Maintenance)
- Troubleshooting common problems such as: Uneven ink printing Color distortion Paper jams
- Techniques to extend the lifespan of machines

- Warehouse system
